####Carve Proof Print Play Linocut Workshop

Carve, Proof, Print, Play - delve into different ways of making linocut prints; reduction, jigsaw, key block and line work; master successful registration and inking techniques; explore mark making with different tools such as the dot tool and the engraving tool.

Over this six week course, beginners can learn from scratch and be guided through designing, cutting and printing their own original Linocut print. More experienced printmakers can use the course to really extend their existing skills with knowledgable guidance from the tutor.

Basic materials, tools, ink and paper will be provided. Additional materials may be available to buy from the tutor or the art shop next door. We limit our course numbers to 6 - in order for you to get the most from our tutors and the facilities

We will not run on Monday 25th May - Spring Bank Holiday

Terms and Conditions:

Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of the full cost of the course. If full payment is not made, you will not be allowed to start the course. We reserve the right to cancel the course at short notice if a minimum of 4 people are booked onto the course. We will not accept liability for childcare or travel costs.

Cancellation Policy:

The sum of £50, will be lost If you cancel at short notice (less than 2 weeks before the course start). If your place cannot be filled, no monies will be returned.
