Family Print Workshop

This is a fun workshop for children and their carers – make your own simple printing plates using recycled materials. We will use thin, dense black foam that is easy to cut. Be inspired to create your own images by a wide range of reference materials – nature for example – animals, plants & trees, or simple patterns and shapes.

Learn about ‘inking up’ plates and playing with the placement of images or patterns & shapes, printing on different papers and surfaces. Play with repeated shapes, different colour combinations and overlaying.
Display your work in our Printmakers gallery space and take home your prints on a range of papers, card and notebooks.

Terms and Conditions:

Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of the full cost of the course. If full payment is not made, you will not be allowed to start the course.
1 Extra child may be added at a fee of £10

Cancellation Policy:

The course fee will be lost If you cancel at short notice (less than 2 weeks before the course start). If your place cannot be filled, no monies will be returned.
